A long wooden desk creates a working or eating space as does the kitchen countertop or fold-out table in the living room. There are many inexpensive ethnic take-outs and gourmet French treats.

The bathroom contains a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin and a mirrored medicine cabinet.

Security: digicode system on the street door and a live-in consierge/guardian couple., who are very nice & helpful.

The nearest metro station is Voltaire line 9. The bus number 69 goes towards the Eiffel Tower and the Place Gambetta. Bus 61 to Gare d'Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon. Bus lines 46 and 56 take you to the Gare de l`Est and Gare du Nord and beyond.
